Go somewhere else. They charge for parking at a suburban property and don’t offer daily housekeeping. The employees are friendly but the hotel is in desperate need of a major renovation. I was immediately unimpressed with the hotel conditional and the ripoff parking charge, so I tried to cancel my room at check-in, but they refused, even though the reservation was made within an hour of my arrival. I’ll go to the Holiday Inn Express across the street next time I am in the area.

I am Hilton lifetime Diamond Member. I stay at Hampton Inn (since I travel for work) on average of three times per week. For some reason, the Hampton Inn in Uvalde (which is 75 miles from San Antonio in a remote small town in Texas) has started charging for parking! Unbelievable. THIS IS A SCAM, SINCE YOU DON'T FIND THIS OUT UNTIL YOU CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL. I told the Front Desk about this upon check in. If you need more money, add it to your rate so we can all compare rates fairly. I'm staying today at a Hampton Inn in San Antonio, one mile from the airport, and they don't charge for parking. Very disappointing.

This Hampton Inn needs a remodel and deep cleaning. From the entrance, elevators, hallway, bathroom, bedroom, diningroom to the gym the floors were either sticky or dirty. The dining room area only had five people eating but no clean tables. The front desk and dining room personnel had too much talk and not enough work to get their jobs done. Also, this Hampton Inn charges you to park…in Uvalde! I’m shocked that this hotel is under the Hilton brand.

Wide open parking lot and they charge $3.99 to self-park! What a rip-off. We've stayed here a nunber of times over the years and this is a new trend where they are charging for parking. There is no access control on the parking lot, nothing to justify charging for parking except for management's greed....

Greatest customer service and she helped me . I was also stopped by, with them. They was there for me . HamptonInn Inn 🏨 and you can 🔒 my car. Several of people was very nice 👍🏿 and helpful. Again thank goodness

Clean room and bathroom. Well stocked, everything worked; cold AC! In a safe location, convenient to everything in Uvalde. The front desk staff is very friendly. Ask for extra towels at check-in, the ones in the room are small and only 1 per person.
