Almost Perfect
Check in was great, very friendly service. Check out was not friendly at all. She only said 3 words to me. Room number? Receipt? That was it. Her customer service needs a lot of work. Maybe learn to smile and actually look at the guest instead of the computer screen. Just left it on a really bad note. Everything else had been wonderful.

The employee who checked me in was neither friendly nor attentive. When I mentioned that I was a Hilton Honors member and asked if I could provide my membership number, she ignored me. It seemed that she was more focused on obtaining my license plate number than on providing good service.

In town for a weekend for Makenna’s memorial event and the hotel was perfect for our stay. Comfortable and clean.

I moved to two different rooms and neither of them had working deadbolts on the doors. There were stains on the walls. The soap dish in the bathroom was dirty.

My big complaint as a tea drinker is when a business mixes the coffee dispensers with the hot water dispenser causing all hot water to taste like weak coffee. I did not have a decent cup of tea in my 4 day stay. Other than this, my stay was fine.
