I don’t know how Best Western stays in business with such run down hotels.
This will be the last one we stay in. We only stayed one night instead of 2. Very disappointing

Room was very dated and smells old. Toilet was leaking. In general clean but old. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. More of a motel than a hotel type setting.

The room was dated, but clean. The staff was friendly. This was a place we picked to stop and spend the night on our long drive to Louisiana. If you are looking for a clean place to stop and spend the night, this would work great for you. If you are looking for luxury, you may want to keep looking.

We did not stay there. Room was unoccupied. Yet i was charged for room. Per their policy they wouldn't refund my money. Be very SURE if you are unable to stay that your reservation is actually canceled.
They were able to pocket $105 bucks just for having the room.

The room was clean and the bedding very comfortable. The staff we encountered were friendly, efficient, and helpful. For being right on the highway, the room was quiet and we slept well. For the price, it was worth the value.
Two things--the shampoo etc. seemed skimpy. Plus getting dinner was complicated as it meant with the highway. Although the clerk who checked us in said local places delivered, we tried several with no luck.

From my check in to check out everything was great. The lady who checked me in was friendly and made me feel welcome. My room was clean and there were several places around to eat and shop. I was traveling on my own and felt safe in the hotel and the area. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Third stay at this hotel, clean and a nice staff. Also not expensive. Hotel is a little dated, but has been clean.
