We stayed at the property while visiting family during the Thanksgiving vacation. It definitely fit our needs. It was convenient next to the freeway, the room and the facilities were very clean. Every staff that I came across was very nice and friendly.
The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were perfect and the bath products in the shower smelled wonderful.
The only complaint I could make was that they should have more whole-grain or healthy options for the breakfast breads rather than white bread.

Very nice Best Western. A bit noisy due to proximity to freeway. Breakfast room is a bit dark, but they kept the food fresh. Bonus - they have two different types of waffle maker!

The floor above the suite must have more than one room located there, it was very noisy all night. My family has troubling sleeping and that is the point of us staying at the hotel.

didn't bother with breakfast because Fox news was on, which seemed hostile, esp in CA
No place to separate recyclables in the room.
I would never stay at this place again. I want to check in with a real person who knows the property and the area, not someone on a screen who doesn't know anything about the property and is miles an miles, perhaps a continent away. There's a point when a business tries to squeeze so much out of you while getting rid of so many people (like a present human being desk clerk), that you just have to say no. I've already told people not to stay here. The Fox news said it all.
