Stink bug haven
Mark provided exceptional service.
Upgrade was nice but found stink bugs all over the room
! My children terrified.
The pull out bed was not comfortable- springs were poking.

Quick and dirty one night stay.
Decor and furnishings outdated, bathtub dirty with brown stains. One point pet fee $25.00 less than nearest competitor. A bright side very good stores and food options available.

Never again
I booked through ********** and had to change the days of my stay. I did it with the virtual assistant but that didn’t work out so great. When I arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have my reservation. I showed them my itinerary but they never got it. Good thing Mark was there. He still gave me a room and I was able to spend time with my son who is a new resident at Bethany. I don’t think I will be using the third party again. That was a long drive to not have the accommodations I thought I paid the extra $9 for to secure my reservation.

There were no working outlets for charging electronics. The lamps worked but when you plugged in your adapters they did not work.
