Housekeeping service was really a struggle. It was the worst I had in 10 years. Would encourage the hotel to review this service.

The staff was wonderful and was promptly greeted at the front desk. Breakfast was continental but hot and sufficient options. Rooms were clean and large TV.

Check in was fast and friendly.The room was clean, enough towels and complimentary bath products. Breakfast was good with several choices. Staff was attentive to refilling coffee and food trays and cleaning tables. Going to Chicago in July and will book with Hampton in Rosemont.
