Everyone working there was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good and they have a nice big, new-looking breakfast area. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great stay!
We were in Huntsville for a one night stay. Felecia greeted us at check in and got us on our way in a timely manner. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was adequate. The only inconvenience with our visit was the painting that was going on outside the hotel. The property is well cared for and the area is safe. We will definitely stay here again.

一切都符合我们的预期,但是当我们出门后,本以为房间会被打扫干净,结果却发现房间还是脏的,前一天的垃圾还在,也没有干净毛巾。我们去前台询问,被告知房间要住满三晚后才会打扫。除此之外,其他一切都很好。
后面有个人工湖, 湖景还不错。
但是早餐实在太差劲了,太难吃了。 就两三种食物,选择非常少。 而且居然都是用一次性纸盘子和塑料餐具,像喂狗一样的那种狗盘子。 体验实在是太差了!
另外我的飞机是下午六点钟,我想协商一下延迟退房到一点都不同意,才十点半就有酒店职员去敲门赶人,草,***恶劣了!
酒店里连瓶水都没有,跟亚洲酒店服务差距太大了!
房内的空调主机晚上睡觉时轰轰响。

入住体验很棒。我没有给五星好评的原因是我只要求了两点:一是婴儿床,因为我们带着十个月大的孩子一起旅行;二是靠近电梯的房间,因为我术后四天了。我觉得他们根本没看我的要求。婴儿床还没准备好,他们提供的是一个玩具包,脏得我们根本没用。而且我们的房间离电梯很远,而且在走廊尽头。除此之外,入住体验很一般。
我们在这家汉普顿酒店住过几次,每次都很满意。然而,我们到达时,前台工作人员却说我们预订的房间已经订满了。他们把我们安排到了与这家酒店相连的Home2Suites酒店,说那里的房间好多了。结果却不是这样。所以,这篇评论更多的是针对我们预订时他们提供的不周到的服务,而不是汉普顿酒店本身。我们不会再住这家酒店了。
房间很干净,主要区域维护得很好。浴室有点破旧。淋浴间的灯坏了。我们浴室的插座断了。我试着插上吹风机,但插头总是从插座上掉下来。
