Breakfast menu, excellent as always. For my 7 day stay I was not able to look out my window, due to the cellophane covering my window and the cranes in the parking lot took up many convenient parking spaces. Front desk staff was responsive and courteous. Plan to return in Oct. 2026.

一切都符合我们的预期，但是当我们出门后，本以为房间会被打扫干净，结果却发现房间还是脏的，前一天的垃圾还在，也没有干净毛巾。我们去前台询问，被告知房间要住满三晚后才会打扫。除此之外，其他一切都很好。
后面有个人工湖， 湖景还不错。
但是早餐实在太差劲了，太难吃了。 就两三种食物，选择非常少。 而且居然都是用一次性纸盘子和塑料餐具，像喂狗一样的那种狗盘子。 体验实在是太差了！
另外我的飞机是下午六点钟，我想协商一下延迟退房到一点都不同意，才十点半就有酒店职员去敲门赶人，草，***恶劣了！
酒店里连瓶水都没有，跟亚洲酒店服务差距太大了！
房内的空调主机晚上睡觉时轰轰响。
住宿体验非常舒适，地理位置也很好。前台和厨房工作人员都非常友好。

入住体验很棒。我没有给五星好评的原因是我只要求了两点：一是婴儿床，因为我们带着十个月大的孩子一起旅行；二是靠近电梯的房间，因为我术后四天了。我觉得他们根本没看我的要求。婴儿床还没准备好，他们提供的是一个玩具包，脏得我们根本没用。而且我们的房间离电梯很远，而且在走廊尽头。除此之外，入住体验很一般。
我们在这家汉普顿酒店住过几次，每次都很满意。然而，我们到达时，前台工作人员却说我们预订的房间已经订满了。他们把我们安排到了与这家酒店相连的Home2Suites酒店，说那里的房间好多了。结果却不是这样。所以，这篇评论更多的是针对我们预订时他们提供的不周到的服务，而不是汉普顿酒店本身。我们不会再住这家酒店了。
房间很干净，主要区域维护得很好。浴室有点破旧。淋浴间的灯坏了。我们浴室的插座断了。我试着插上吹风机，但插头总是从插座上掉下来。
这家酒店似乎相当新。它靠近练习场内的许多餐厅。床很舒服，不仅有 UBC 插座，还有无线电话充电器。我唯一的抱怨是电视上没有 ABC，这让我们无法观看碗赛。这不是酒店的错。这些酒店的早餐总是很美味，但我要批评他们没有深度烘焙的咖啡（3 壶轻度烘焙，没有脱咖啡因）和不加糖的奶精或 1/2&1/2，但我不知道这是不是南方人的特点。这是我第一次去南方。除此之外，酒店住宿非常棒。
