The room was to have two Queen size beds. The beds we had were Full size beds, smaller than Queens. Since they do not have rooms with Full size beds advertised, they obviously are just using Full size for Queen. In addition, these matresses were some of the hardest ones I've ever had at a Holiday Inn Express...and, I've stayed at a ton of them. I didn't mention it during our stay because we had a busy schedule and we didn't want to pack up all of our stuff(we had 2 kids with us) just to move rooms. And, who's to say the room we went to would even be better? Everything else was fine, but the bed situation was not optimal for what we needed with 4 people...that was why I reserved a room with Queen size beds.

The staff were absolutely amazing! It is very clean and overall well maintained. My only complaint is that the hot tub was barely warm. I don’t regret staying here, it was an amazing experience, but I’m not sure I would come again knowing the hot tub is disappointing.

Everything was great with our stay! The only negative feedback I had was that the two evenings we were there, there was 10-15 boys ages (11-15 probably) in the fitness room playing hockey. I noticed one morning there was trash all over and a cracked ceiling tile. It probably could’ve been prevented had the front desk just kicked them out. I hate to see a great hotel like this one get trashed.

No options for restaurants around the area lightbulbs in my room did not work in the bathroom no plug-ins for cell phone. My phone died I wasn’t able to communicate with my children being out of town.
