The staff was very courteous & friendly! Our room was great! It was very warm in our room. The only thing is that when the heater shut off it made a noise. The breakfast meal was delicious!

When we booked this hotel stay through ******* we weren’t able to cancel the day before reservation due to snow storm that came and we weren’t able to travel because of slick roads. Please be sure to read the cancellation notice before booking your stay.

Pool was closed by health department and front desk said we could swim at our own risk. There was hair on the shower wall and gum on the bedding. Management agrued that the pool was open even with the bright yellow "closed by health dept" sticker on the door. I used to lo e Holiday Inn Exress, but now I will never book another.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was dated. The beds were not comfortable. The mattress was very hard. There weren’t any USB plugins but we had the cubes to plug in our phone chargers. The room was decently clean. I probably wouldn’t stay again unless they updated the rooms and changed out the beds.

The room was to have two Queen size beds. The beds we had were Full size beds, smaller than Queens. Since they do not have rooms with Full size beds advertised, they obviously are just using Full size for Queen. In addition, these matresses were some of the hardest ones I've ever had at a Holiday Inn Express...and, I've stayed at a ton of them. I didn't mention it during our stay because we had a busy schedule and we didn't want to pack up all of our stuff(we had 2 kids with us) just to move rooms. And, who's to say the room we went to would even be better? Everything else was fine, but the bed situation was not optimal for what we needed with 4 people...that was why I reserved a room with Queen size beds.
