酒店位于巴库新城,里海边上,大圆盘建筑地下,海景房能看到里海,虽然里海脏脏的,表面漂了一层油污。房间很大,床也大是1.2米的,不像格鲁吉亚 亚美尼亚都是0.8那种。周边还有两个大商场,都是万豪这些一线品牌酒店。离老城也不远,就两三公里。早餐丰富,餐厅十八层,边早餐还能享受里海风光,服务员热情,性价比高,赞
我简直太震惊了。
昨晚我出去吃晚饭的时候,房间(1313号)里的钱被偷了。那是2025年6月14日,周六晚上。
有人偷走了1700美元、700阿联酋迪拉姆和一些其他货币。总计损失约3000美元。
直到我抵达迪拜并寻找我的钱时才发现被偷了。
我房间1313号门口正对着一个监控摄像头。他们肯定有录像。
现在就看酒店会怎么说怎么做了。
大家在这家酒店一定要小心。
他们从我钱包里(如图所示)拿走了钱,但没偷走我的银行卡、身份证件等。
酒店位置优越,楼下就是F1赛道,老城步行即可到达。早餐很丰盛,服务很热情。就是游泳池太小了
酒店地理位置不错,附近有两间大Mall,其中一个还是高奢名点云集的Mall。
酒店前台的服务参差不齐,航班到得早不能给房,当时没有其它住客,于是便提出要求前台先登记办理,下午回来拿房卡,省下届时登记的时间与等待。办理在入住登记签好名并被复印了护照等资料后离开先游览古城,下午四点回到酒店前台换班,所有登记资料均找不到……实在无语,于是又要解释半天,后一貌似主管的人士出来解决。
看来流程有问题。这里的前台服务也缺乏热情和一般的IHG标准有距离。
就设施来说房间比较旧,床垫很软,但是holiday Inn 的一贯标准就是房够大。
我对酒店的整体体验非常满意。清洁和整洁度都无可挑剔,员工友善且乐于助人。特别是行李员穆拉德(Murad),他非常勤奋、彬彬有礼且乐于助人,快速满足了我们所有的需求。我强烈推荐这家酒店。
酒店地理位置绝佳,离各大商场都很近,周围餐饮选择也很多。更不用说酒店的 Sahi 酒吧了,忙碌一天后去那里放松一下真是再好不过了。
房间很大,环境很整洁,隔音不是特别好,总体来说很不错,旁边有大商超,购物也方便,高峰期道路会堵车,交通有一定不便。
本来不准备吐槽的,但是有些细节实在是不吐不快,同时也给大家提个醒,便于对这家酒店提前做好心理预期。
先说好的地方:酒店位置不错,周边交通方便,靠海较近。初次之外就没有好的地方了。
1.办理入住的时候,前台服务不热情也不算友好,尤其是表达作为白金会员可否帮申请赠送早餐的时候,对方不仅一口回绝且表现出咱们加钱要么不含早餐,且体现出一副不屑的状态。
2.房间卫生,设施等完全不敢恭维,感觉国内汉庭的设施,布草都不会这么差,而且这个床垫恨不得一躺下就塌陷进去,实在搞不懂,IHG的假日品牌在这个国家都可以沦落到如此地步了,看来这1100+的房费一大半付到海景上了吧……
3.退房的时候,前台和我说因为他的同事的错误,导致我们入住支付的时候少了1块钱,需要我补交,然后我直接就拒绝了,倒不是这1块钱问题,这种态度和处理方式,实在不能接受,前面所说的那些问题,不但没有道歉和进一步的解决,最后还给我整这一出。
总之,这个酒店,强烈不建议大家入住,除非价格很有吸引力……
最后,再吐槽下巴库的出租车司机,bolt叫车去机场,不仅线上收费,而且还需要现金再支付对方10azn,理由是进入机场停车费,但实际上机场停车费是10分钟3azn所以,相当于主动找我索要了7azn的小费,而且理直气壮的……呵呵,就当shish了吧……
服务非常差,早上9点送洗的衣物,按照酒店干洗单说明是当天晚上可取。当天晚上去问,说第二天一早,已经反复强调我第二天要飞走,酒店拍胸脯说一定没问题,第二天一早去问,说要当天下午4点以后才能拿。要前台解释为什么发生这种情况,前台说干洗单没更新,反复追问后,又说干洗单说了第二天,是我没看清楚,白纸黑字写着,竟然还能睁眼说瞎话,后来说2小时内能送到办公室,到办公室后让本地同事联系,又说要下午2点
