First of all, the staff is MARVELOUS!!!! The property didn’t look great on drive up or inside AT FIRST or at least it wasn’t what I was used to— but I was wrong, after getting comfortable I realized how nice of a hotel this is. I extended my stay

Gym could be a little bigger. 1 bench and 1 elliptical. No universal gym.

I loved the service, the well appointed and spacious rooms, and the shuttle to and from the concert. Also, Marlon in the bar was an outstanding bartender!
I definitely recommend this hotel!

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Check in was easy and they accommodated us a little early. Our mattress was uncomfortable and when I told them they were attentive and gave us a lovely free breakfast in the Chalkboard their hotel dining. Someone came and evaluated the mattress so it will be replaced for next visitor!! We loved the location and would stay there again!!

I was disappointed that the hotel shuttle was not working so we had to Uber downtown.
Service in the bar was also lackluster. Took awhile to get a drink ordered.
Hotel itself was BEAUTIFUL!

Great Stay
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The free and easy parking made arrival stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Inside, the hotel was super cute with a charming atmosphere, and the rooms were impressively spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making for a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

not really autograph quality
Front desk workers are also the valets and the bellboys. No automatic door make it hard to enter with luggage. No vending on site, ice is inconvenient. It wasn't clear upon arrival that valet was available.
The room was roomy and clean and quiet. I don't think it should rise to autograph hotel level
