工作人员非常棒。友好、乐于助人、善于交际，而且信息丰富。房间干净整洁，没什么特别的，就是有点吵。我能听到走廊关门的声音、楼上卫生间的声音，还有隔壁电视的声音。还好，只是吓了我好几次。
不过，我最大的问题是额外收费。广告上说有免费无线网络，结果无线网络每天要10美元。附近没有停车位，所以你几乎只能使用代客泊车服务，这自动要收50美元。我也很失望，我预订的房间显示有浴缸，但实际上没有。我真的很期待泡个澡！
不过，工作人员很棒，客房服务很快，牛排也很棒！房间本身很漂亮，很舒适。
太棒了！新装修，非常干净。很安静，房间也很棒。很喜欢酒店顶层的酒吧。唯一可以提出建设性意见的是，我们当天下午4点到4点半左右入住时，前台的员工表现得好像不想待在那里。我们问怎么去圆形剧场动物园看音乐会，前台的女士说她不确定。她似乎根本就不想帮忙。
美好浪漫的周年纪念之旅。
我和丈夫为了庆祝结婚纪念日，在大使酒店（Ambassador）短途旅行时入住了这里。每个人都非常友好热情。我们在酒吧喝了点东西，感觉棒极了。之后我们去了黑板餐厅（The Chalkboard restaurant）吃晚餐。惠灵顿牛排太美味了！服务也很棒。我们的房间也很棒。酒店还送了我们一小瓶香槟，供两人享用，庆祝我们的结婚纪念日。大使酒店绝对是我们在俄克拉荷马城的新宠。
大使酒店给我们带来了绝佳的体验。
我们简直无法奢求更好的酒店体验！从抵达到离开，从行李员、代客泊车员、前台、客房服务、清洁服务，到O Bar酒吧的体验，一切都是一流的。他们甚至还接送我们去听音乐会。大使酒店真是太棒了！
活动结束后，我们回来时，停车成了一个问题，除了代客泊车位外，没有其他空位了。据我们了解，代客泊车位的费用是 25 美元。我们把车停在街对面南边一个几乎空无一人的大停车场里。
酒店很棒。Anitra 简直完美。她展现了我很久以来见过的最优质的客户服务。Chalkboard 餐厅棒极了。经理 Brittany 非常棒，我们的服务员 Ericka 也非常贴心。就连把我们的车从代客泊车处开过来的 Jason 也非常绅士。这里是庆祝我丈夫 50 岁生日的完美场所。
所有员工，无论是酒店还是七楼的The Chalkboard，甚至包括代客泊车服务，都非常棒。我甚至可以说，每个人都互相照顾、互相关怀。我们度过了一段美好的时光，一定会再来的。

我儿子参观俄克拉荷马州立大学舞蹈与娱乐学院期间，我在这里住了三个晚上。酒店位置极佳，周边街区古色古香，附近有几家不错的商店和餐厅，非常适合探索。
太吵了，房间里的空调、电梯、客人的声音，甚至随时都能听到有轨电车的声音。房间里的意式浓缩咖啡也不好喝。
