Rude Staff and Unreasonable Rules – Not Recommended I visited this hotel only to pick up a friend who was staying there. As I told the staff I was going upstairs, they rudely stopped me and spoke to me in an unfriendly, accusatory tone. I was shocked by how disrespectfully I was treated for simply trying to help a guest. Even worse, the hotel has a strange policy that forces guests to leave their room key at the front desk every time they leave the room. This makes the whole place feel unwelcoming and distrustful. This kind of behavior and policy ruins the experience for guests and their visitors. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects even basic courtesy or professional service.

Centrally located, near to public transport (metro and buses) and the main train station. Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and clean ensuite bathroom. Very kind reception staff. Good typical Roman restaurant just outside the hotel.

I only gave this place one star because it is close to Roma Termini. Neighborhood did not feel safe, there are no signs for the hotel so I had no clue where it was and they don’t have someone working at all times so it’s really hard to check in. The shower is a piece of crap and the room is generally what you expect at this price level. I’m staying here rn and my wife is pissed at me that I booked this place.
