Other then having to deal with and be hung up on several times by ******* and their mess ups, my hotel stay was wonderful. And thank you to the wonderful staff at the hotel or ******* would have had me with no room, or a room that would not have been able to accommodate our needs. Expedia...........Do better!

This was a very nice hotel stay. We booked for one overnight stay for our trip going between Iowa and Dallas. Friendly staff and clean room.

The floors are so loud. We had to listen to the guy upstairs getting in his “steps” until 4am. No sleep

Upon check-in at the hotel, I was asked about my request for a removable showerhead. After a little discussion with the host, I decided that if the room was accessible without a removable showerhead that I should be good. After getting to the room, which was very nice, I discovered that the shower would not suit my needs. I immediately called the front desk, explained the situation, and they gave me a fully accessible room with the removable showerhead. Although I originally said that it wouldn't be a problem, the staff did not get rude, irritated, or treat me like an inconvenience. They were very nice and accommodating. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who originally checked me in, but he and Lizzie made me feel welcomed. I absolutely love this place!

Nice clean property. Accessing the internet seemed to be a little challenging, so we passed on that (maybe it was easy and we were just exhausted from the trip).
Would definitely stay here again.
