My wife had booked this hotel as she usually does for a fishing trip using a third-party site. Now the room was fully paid for through the third-party site, but when I arrive, they told me that I needed to have the credit card that I booked with if not, they were gonna charge me on my card the amount of the hotel. I’ve never had this happen before and mind you I didn’t book in until after 3 AM because I’m a truck driver coming from Arkansas, so I was already tired and frustrated. It took us over an hour arguing back-and-forth with the guy at the counter about him not charging me anything because it was already paid for so no I will never do business with this hotel again

Clean room, professional staff and well lit parking area. Will use again if the need arises!

Very clean. Everyone is nice. My kids were bummed the pool was out of order. We had to stay last minute and paid a little more for this place rather than the other so they could swim. Other than that, it’s been great.

Condition of towels, shower curtain, bedding is nearly worn out. Bed was too firm and pillows were too thick for me. Air conditioner is pretty loud.
TV was large and accommodats casting from your phone.

We stay here several times throughout the year. Always feel welcome and the staff are all very accommodating. Most of the times our rooms are comfortable and clean. Quiet, for the most part. Very roomy and don’t feel crowded.
The only thing that needs attention is the furniture, particularly the chairs. Several rooms have very old, unsanitary looking chairs and literally filthy. Need to update the furniture. (Bedding is usually very clean)

No vending machines worked, only first floor ice, chairs have ill fitted pull- on covers. Tried turnin on shower and faucet pulled out of wall. Unfolded bathmat and there were dirty footprints on it. Shower leaked all over floor with fabric shower curtain

We enjoyed a true and genuine hospitality by the employees whose constant smiles were comforting and pleasant. Room Service can pay more attention to details. Showers and AC: Fantastic. Landscaping: primitive.
