I've had to wait 2 weeks for a key for my room some of rhe employees were getting about having to let me in all the time. I've offered to go get the key from other place and they wouldn't me . I finally got my keg and itnworked THREE TIMES had to wait another week for another key. I'm always asking the fro t for towels bedding and toilet paper because the "workers" never knock on my door. Now they wanna kick me and Mt dog outside in -26 weather with covid and our city being locked down me having visits with my children who one is high risk and so is my sister. The hashed is one of the RUDEST IGNORANT EMPLOYEE I HAVE MET HERE, POOR WAY OF TREATING HIS CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY ONE WHO HAD PAID LOTS TO BE HERE. BOTH OF MY PARENTS HAVE PASSED, HW SAID HE DONT CARE THATS YOUR PROBLEM AND I TOLD HIM ID HAVEIT ASAP AND JVE AREADY TALKED TO THE MANAGER WEVE WORKRD SOMETHING OUT YESYERDAY..
