The room details mentioned a fridge and microwave in the room when we booked, however the room had neither. Any drinks or snacks we had needed to stay out warm because of this. Overall average experience for the room.

The bed is sagging in the middle, which isn’t ideal for two people. Only one bath towel was provided. The heater makes a loud shutting sound when it turns on and off, which could disturb light sleepers. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

It felt like the roome hadn't been cleaned for weeks and the beds were uncomfortable and nobody comes to clean the rooms the 4 days i stayed or made the beds

Mismatched looking like it was found on a curb furniture. Bathroom ceiling had black mold, can tell they dont really "clean" dust on lamps & behind the minifridge was about 4 guests worth of coffee cups, coffee packs, teabags and stir packets...will never return

I’ve been a loyal Comfort Inn guest for many years and have always had great experiences at other locations, particularly in North Bay and St. Thomas. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the London location did not meet the same standard.
The room appeared quite rundown and not as clean as I’ve come to expect from this chain. There was visible dirt and grime on the light switches and lamps, and the shower was not in the best condition — I even found someone else’s hair. The toilet also did not appear very clean. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
The complimentary coffee station was disappointing as well — the area looked dirty, and the machine was out of order. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable; the mattress was very thin, and I could feel the springs poking through.
One of the main reasons I choose Comfort Inn is because of the breakfast, which I’ve always enjoyed in the past. However, this time I was let down. Breakfast was advertised from 6–9 a.m., but when I arrived around 8:10, the waffle mix had already been taken away, the coffee was empty, and there was only one sausage patty left. Okay, for the price in comparison with other accommodations in the area. Friendly front-desk staff but nobody was available to help us figure out how to work the television in our room. No instructions provided. (We’d planned to catch an hour of the first Blue Jays – Yankees post-season game before an appointment but had to go elsewhere to watch.) When checking in, we had to pay an extra “refundable” $100 fee on top of the rate. Four days later, still waiting for this to be removed from our credit card.

Staff very friendly and fast service. AC wasn’t working in our room and they gave us a new room right away. Room smelt a little muggy and like cigarette smoke.
