住了5天，总体挺满意的。早餐比较简陋，只有一个人提供全部服务，人挺好的，最后一天还捡到了我们之前丢失的耳机。酒店附近常规购物、餐饮、加油都挺便利的。
酒店刚刚翻新过，床很舒服也很干净。员工很友好。
每次去London必住的酒店
有些地方正在装修。总的来说，我们在这里过夜的体验很愉快。
服务体验不错，下次还会选择
员工非常棒——友好、热情又专业。我们的房间干净舒适。虽然没来得及体验泳池，但听其他客人说，这绝对是酒店的一大亮点！我们享用了免费早餐，点了经典款，份量很足，味道也很棒，吃完感觉大半天都不饿！将来再来伦敦，我肯定还会选择这里。

房间很大，位置也好
房间很大，也很漂亮。我唯一的抱怨是排水管堵塞了，洗澡的时候水几乎没过小腿，有点恶心。泳池很冷，而且看起来浑浊不堪，泳池房的地上还有垃圾。不过，如果你不是为了泳池才找酒店，这家酒店还是不错的，我建议你注意浴缸有没有堵塞。
住宿体验一般
酒店很干净，房间与预期/酒店网站上预订的房间不符。他们提供了其他选择，但一开始与工作人员沟通时，情况就比较糟糕，最后不得不等他们找到符合我需求的替代方案。酒店当时正在装修，很多设施都无法使用。总体来说，住宿体验一般。
