Recently spent 6 nights at hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very nice except they need to stay on top of refilling food and supplies.

When we checked in our TV was not working nor were the lights in the room working however we did get the lights going after speaking with the front desk and they said that their maintenance guy was going to come the following morning. The maintenance guy did show up he was happy he changed out the TV he changed out the router box he did everything in his power to make sure that our TV was working! Unfortunately our TV did not work however they did offer to move us but unfortunately I booked the room because it was handicap accessible that means sad they did make it right with me. I would highly recommend if you are traveling through Winchester stay in at this property they have gone above and beyond for us

Rooms were not done at check in and didn’t get in until 3:30pm. Refrigerator was making a knocking noise was told it was going to be taken care of it wasn’t until I had to say something again. Then I fell at the property and was injured. Informed desk and they seemed like they didn’t care. I’m putting a picture of where I fell.

Couldn’t check in at check in time. Had to wait until 4PM to get into the room after a 16 hour drive. Once we got into the room we noticed flies near the bathroom area. Throughout our 3 day stay the flies seemed to multiply. No point complaining to the staff because it feels like they are just going through the motions and don’t really care. I stay here because it’s convenient.

The room itself wasn’t bad and the beds are comfortable but the bathroom is disgusting. There are bugs in the shower, some are alive and some are dead. The fan that automatically comes on when you turn the bathroom light on is ridiculously loud and the lighting in the bathroom is so bad that it will be impossible for me to put any makeup on in there and I can’t stand to hear that fan while trying to get ready. For the price of this room, I expected a lot better.

Yes, the property was very clean. Very neat. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and I have no complaints. My room is very nice and I enjoy to stay very much. I definitely go back and recommend it to anybody.
