The room itself wasn’t bad and the beds are comfortable but the bathroom is disgusting. There are bugs in the shower, some are alive and some are dead. The fan that automatically comes on when you turn the bathroom light on is ridiculously loud and the lighting in the bathroom is so bad that it will be impossible for me to put any makeup on in there and I can’t stand to hear that fan while trying to get ready. For the price of this room, I expected a lot better.

Yes, the property was very clean. Very neat. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and I have no complaints. My room is very nice and I enjoy to stay very much. I definitely go back and recommend it to anybody.

Room is a little dated and the door had a bit of a gap where the seal is old but it was clean and everyone was helpful and friendly. Will stay here again for my next Caverns visit.

DO NOT STAY BEST WESTERN
The room was awful, beds were terrible, one lamp by the bed attached to the wall was only attached by cord, hanging from wall. Fridge, didn't work at all, smelled awful and was dirty! The closet door would not open on one side, so you had to squeeze a shoulder in to hang stuff from one side. Complained the hour after checking in about the fridge AND LITERALLY GOT A SHRUG, from manager and he offered for us to use the breakfast fridge in the lobby!!! Checked out the next am a whole day earlier and complained again and got NO REPLY AT ALL!

Room was clean, staff were very kind and helpful. Property was quiet and well maintained. My only two minor gripes are that the coffee machine was broken both days, and there was what appeared to be mold on the bathroom ceiling. Those were small things, overall I enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly that we saw. My husband enjoyed the jetted bathtub.
The breakfast was ok. The eggs were very salty. We were nearing the end of breakfast time and they did not refill things. People that came after us did not get some things. We did not use the pool but it looked like a nice pool.
