Dianne was the best!!! I travel with my company and 3 weeks out of the month I will be staying with Best Western because of her. My first trip there was an issue with the plumbing but, management and the maid service was so very attentive and helpful. I was upgraded and everything went smoothly the rest of the weekend. I will be staying at this location EVERY TIME I come to Dayton Texas!! Great job guys!!!

Lady at the front desk was nice, the room was musty, but reasonably clean. After reading through the clap backs on google from management on other reviews and folks running from hurricanes, I wouldn’t give it more than a star.
Riding through and realized I needed to stop, but if you have options, you should probably stay anywhere but here, doesn’t seem like management wants your business. Stay somewhere that is well run and wants to accommodate travelers.
I’ve served and been around the world and back again with the Army and out of all the places I’ve stayed, this management response is certainly unique in my fifty plus years! Reputable hotels all around, this isn’t one of them.
Probably best to avoid.

Nothing to write home about.
The desk chair was not usable, I was afraid I would fall backwards out of the chair. The tv, on some channels, kept pixelating, couldn’t watch those channels. The staff was courteous.

Check-in was fast and easy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
After about an hour in the room, we woke up to baby ROACHES crawling EVERYWHERE!! We went down to the front desk to inform them about the problem and they immediately gave us another room. The "new" room was more clean and comfortable.

I just put "terrible" as nothing else fits to the issue I am trying to resolve. I arrived gave my credit card and was given the key to the room outside. I told lady I wanted inside she said there was only outside. Went to room and the a/c was not working. I came to front desk and asked for a refund. She said she could not help with that, she offered another room inside (now there was one inside) and I told her I was going elsewhere and she could not correct or give me the refund. I just need my refund as I did not stay there. Please help me resolve this and thank you.
