Worst check-in experience! The hotel refused to assist with luggage storage!
We are a group of 4 & booked 2 rooms. We arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m. & were informed that check-in would be at 3 p.m., which we understood. When we asked if our luggage could be temporarily stored, the staff coldly stated that there was no space available & mentioned we could check into the room early for an additional USD55!
We have never experienced a hotel that refused to store luggage for guests before check in. It felt like they were charging us unfairly, forcing us to check in early to store our luggage. The front desk staff's attitude was also unfriendly and unhelpful. We are truly dissatisfied! We will never stay at this brand of hotel again.
怎么说呢，位置也不错，走2个街区就是地铁，而且有3条线，去曼哈顿玩，也很方便，去拉瓜迪亚机场也方便。附近都是居民区，没有黑人聚集地，从地铁站走回来也算安全。酒店含早餐，吃饱没问题，要求别太高就行。这个价格含早餐离曼哈顿不远，也算可以了。就是临街的房间确实有点吵
我预订了四晚，但没想到房间被安排在了地下室。至少前台很友好，在我入住一晚后给我换了房间。酒店规模不大，所以没有健身房，公共区域也很小。房间还算可以，但浴室的灯和排气扇是联动的，这个想法不错，但风扇噪音大得让人有点不舒服。咖啡机是标配的，但电源线很短，房间里除了浴室，没有其他插座适合使用。我曾向前台要衣架，并让他们修理房间里不亮的书桌灯，维修人员来得很快，这在大型连锁酒店中是很少见的。所有员工都很有礼貌😊。早餐还行，选择有限。考虑到价格只有大型连锁酒店的一半，性价比还是不错的。位置在地铁站中间，步行大约10分钟才能到达，附近没有烟店、餐馆或超市，这是一个缺点。
感谢所有工作人员。我们都很喜欢这家酒店。离地铁不远，服务也很好。
酒店很棒，服务无可挑剔，离地铁站不远，早餐丰盛，没什么可挑剔的，强烈推荐！

这家酒店地理位置绝佳，位于布鲁克林13街尽头（如图所示），距离地铁站仅2分钟路程。酒店干净整洁，令人赞叹。早餐是标准的美国式早餐，提供无限量饮用水，房间内还配备了咖啡机。酒店非常干净，每天都会进行清洁。如果我再来布鲁克林，这家酒店将是我的首选。
最差的入住体验！旅馆不帮忙存放行李！
一行四人预订了两间房，大概早上10时多到达旅馆。前台职员表示下午三时才可以check-in，这个我们是明白的。问职员能否暂放行李，可是职员只冷冷地表示不能暂存，因为行李储存位置已满。但表示可以提早check-in房间，但需要另外付款55美元！
从来未试过入住一间旅馆是不可以为住客暂存行李的，给我们的感觉就是滥收费用，逼使我们提早check in才能暂存行李 ，前台职员态度亦十分不友善。真的感到十分不满意！永远不会再入住这个品牌的旅馆。
