This is a charming older building. The lobby was decked out for Christmas and was very welcoming. The rooms were large. There is a buffet breakfast, which was very nice and offered a reasonable variety of options. The mattress pad was old and covered with pilling, which made for a rough sleeping experience. The curtains were not wide enough to cover the windows. Velcro strips were attached to the curtain holdbacks. However, you could only attach one edge or the other, not both at the same time. The wallpaper was peeling. One of the two rooms we rented had ants in the sink. The front entrance was blocked by old furniture and trucks. Parking is not convenient. There is a charge for parking. You have to carry your luggage down three flights of ancient crumbling stone steps and then a rough cobblestone street. We had a very difficult time locating the hotel using Google Maps and only stumbled upon the parking lot by accident, as no location was given in the property description.

When I arrived I thought I was in a furniture shop and then they told me it is Palace Hotels very small they have 16 bedrooms every single room set up with different nationalities' furniture and amazing🫶🙏 It was amazing especially the staff so helpful and professional always smiling and every single day they are there for you please don't miss the breakfast it is delicious the owners Caner and Görkem, are always there for you they have a few bars around please try it for the first time I have noticed they have a saxophone with a DJ and everyone enjoyed 🙏🫶👏👏👏👏
