I was impressed with the amount of hot options including freshly cooked food. The lady cleaning the room was friendly. Three options on coffee was a nice touch.

Power and AC tripped in room twice. They were able to flip breaker. Request, as accessible, to be on first floor cpuld not be honored. Other than hearing accessible were on second floor. I wonder what would happen in a fire when there is only ONE employee there at night.
除了早餐，其他一切都很好。工作人员过了很久才从紧闭的厨房出来，好几位客人不得不提醒他们食物已经售罄或所剩无几。牛奶、燕麦片都没了，只有一种酸奶，麦片也只有两种。应该有人更留意食物的供应情况，及时补充，并且更愿意主动告知客人食物库存不足。那位女服务员确实说过他们正在准备肉类，但她过了很久才出来告诉我肉已经卖完了。所有的垃圾桶都满了。没人清理桌子，所以客人只能自己动手。服务亟需改进，尤其是我去吃早餐的时候，距离早餐结束还有超过一个半小时。
暖气坏了，维修人员又没空……冰箱也坏了。
刚安顿好，就不得不换房间……前台的女孩人很好，尽力帮我们解决问题。她看起来是酒店里唯一能帮忙的工作人员。
床糟透了。床单扎人。枕头也很难受。前台那位女士态度很差。这是我住过的最差的汉普顿酒店。
一切都很干净，工作人员也很友好。
