酒店服务非常专业，早餐丰富，前台服务热情周到。说要水，很快就送来了。而且酒店里面有电吹风，洗澡热水非常舒适。
很多中国人到其他地方找中餐吃，结果发现最正宗的中餐在酒店楼上九层。而且这里的巧克力布朗尼，非常正宗。原本应该是和冰淇淋一起吃，我提出来要吃热的，酒店立即做了热呼呼的冰激凌。酒店旁边有个加德满都最大的农贸市场，6个大苹果，只要不到20元人民币。这里什么蔬菜水果都能买到。
因为加德满都经常堵车，如果衔接航班，酒店离机场很近，这又是一大优势。
这家酒店只能说还行。它号称五星级，但实际感觉更像三星级。餐厅价格极其昂贵，食物品质和我在城里普通餐厅花四分之一价格能吃到的没什么两样。房间还可以，但床不太舒服，床单、毯子和枕头都非常不舒服。完全不像五星级酒店应有的品质。我住过一些三星级酒店，它们的床单、毯子和床都比这里的好。服务确实很好，酒店里的一切也都挺不错的，但绝对达不到五星级的标准。
酒店员工非常友善，我去过很多国家的酒店，但这里是我遇到过最友善的。酒店还设有健身房和桑拿，餐厅的食物也很美味。
酒店地理位置绝佳，距离机场仅20分钟车程。酒店非常棒，房间很大，洗浴用品都很实用，服务一流，早餐种类丰富又美味。性价比很高！

酒店服务很好，在尼泊尔这样的国家，能有这样一个，非常难得，只是会发生偶尔停电，但是马上就来电，短暂停电。屋内设施也很好
由于航班延误，我无法办理入住，因此当晚没有在加德满都住宿。我写信要求取消预订，但酒店拒绝了，并提议将预订保留到第二天。我尝试将预订日期从3月28日更改到4月9日（而不是3月9日，因为我当时还没到加德满都）。酒店拒绝了，而且没有给出任何理由。我给他们写了两封信，但他们完全没有任何回应。
Update: I contacted the hotel directly and they were finally agreeable to accommodate my change of date for my booking.
酒店设备都很不错.
酒店的位置比较偏一点，打车外出，需要前台帮忙联系叫车，房间装修很新，服务人员也很热情，早餐比较一般，吃饱可以
好。住得很满意。
