The TV didn't work. there was no phone in the room. There were no cups or glasses in the bathroom. I will never stay at a red roof inn again!!!

The room smelled awful. The cleaning wasn't good. The towels were poorly washed. When I arrived, they wanted to charge me again.

The staff was excellent. Excellent service. The staff assignment a room wasn’t ready, first impression the smell in the room was horrible. But the staff on charge fix the situation with proper service, and he apologized. The rest was excellent.

Pulled into the parking lot to see several adult males standing around drinking alcohol, homeless people sitting in the parking lot next to the hotel and random people walking thru the lot. Left to get food, came back and no change so asked for a refund and left.

Lobby is very small. Rooms are small but fine for a discount hotel. I like the mini kitchen! Rooms were fine for cleanliness. Lots of people just hanging around the front of the hotel, which felt a little odd. Love that first pet is free, $15 for additional pet
