入住后我们直接去吃晚饭了,等回到酒店的时候问题就来了。那时我们联系不上前台,因为他们已经下班了。我们把车停在了离酒店有点远的地方,天气又非常冷还刮着大风,感觉花这个“合理”的价格却没得到应有的服务,挺不值的。这是我在这家酒店的经历,有点失望。
靠近Westfield。房间里有洗衣机和烘干机,适合长期住宿。唯一的问题是客厅的百叶窗晚上从外面可以看穿,所以没有隐私。隔壁公寓的人可以透过百叶窗看到我们房间里面。
首先,找到办理入住手续的地方就是一场噩梦,而办理入住手续时在哪里停车就更糟糕了。没有明确的指示说明哪栋楼是正确的,因为似乎有大约 3 栋不同的楼可供选择。前台没有人,我不得不问工作人员在哪里办理入住手续,以及我需要做什么才能到达接待处(之前没有人告诉我,我必须拨打电话)。接待处的女士很好,但是房间没有停车位,我需要预订一个,然后被告知没有可用的停车位,所以我甚至找不到一个,因为有些房间甚至没有预留停车位。

卖了一间三人间,却只为三人提供了一张大号床!有一次,我要求加床,结果被收取了每晚 30 美元的差价,床是一张破旧的折叠床,放在休息区,两扇窗户都透过破旧肮脏的百叶窗透进大量光线!
邻居的噪音太可怕了!似乎这些建筑中只有一部分是酒店住宿,其余的是租户,他们似乎并不关心他人!
停车场在地下,几乎找不到,因为停车位有限,而且大多数是居民“预留”的停车位!
游泳池看起来很脏,其他人从游泳池到电梯和楼梯留下了湿漉漉的痕迹,走动起来很危险!
