Hotel rooms could use updating, still have carpeting, they only do housekeeping every other day, hate that! Staff courteous but I would not say friendly. Lobby area beautiful. Was an okay stay, would stay again if I really needed too.

The room was clean and well maintained, with a modern lock. The refrigerator should have a switch, so one can delete the noise they make.

Whenever we turn the heating on it smelled like cigarettes. It got so bad we had to turn it back to cooling and be cold.

I did not eat breakfast. Parking lot was clean,woman at the front desk at check in was so nice,and helpful.

It was clean but i didnt like that ******* said i could pay cash and gave me that option. When i arrived i was told by hotel clerk that is not true.

Great location. The beds were comfortable but they need king sized pillows for king sized beds. Great breakfast options.

Nice Property
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, and clean room. Have stayed here before and will again in the future. Breakfast attendant was great, interacting with most guests and making sure they were happy and had what they wanted.

The property and rooms were immaculate. The front desk staff were very efficient and kind as well. Would recommend staying here when in Grand Blanc.
