Our community typically conducts repairs after the rainy season, around December, to keep the road in the best condition possible.Upon arrival, you noted some disappointments. While our policy requires us to adhere to cancellation policies on bookings made through third-party sites, we always do our best to make each guest’s stay enjoyable. Our front desk team is committed to assisting guests, and it’s unfortunate that you felt our response was lacking.Regarding the pool and hot tub, we strive to maintain comfortable and clean facilities for all guests. The jacuzzi, for instance, is set to heat upon request to help conserve energy as part of our environmental sustainability efforts. As for the beach conditions, our beachfront does indeed have a natural rocky reef that extends out into the water. This reef is a significant aspect of our local ecosystem, providing a habitat for marine life and creating an excellent snorkeling experience. This season has, fortunately, been free of sargassum, and we regret any misperception about seaweed on the beach.We’re also sorry to hear that you found the safe challenging. It was functional, and our team assisted by unlocking it when the code had been forgotten.Regarding the power outage on your fourth day, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do have a power generator that ensures all essential services remain operational during any interruptions, with the exception of air conditioning. Fortunately, power was restored before dawn, minimizing the impact on our guests’ comfort.We’re pleased that you enjoyed the food and found the service from our dining team to be a highlight of your experience.
