Being told that no service staff were available and then being moved to another room that was equally unsatisfactory is unacceptable, and we’re very sorry for the poor service and attitude you experienced. 酒店就在时代广场边上,临近地铁站,走路都可轻易到达。
毕竟是发达国家,晚上去游客区逛街或者坐地铁还是基本安全的,完全可以放心。
服务员很热情。
不好的点在于行李寄存要收费,而且按件收,箱子上放个包算2件。
酒店位置非常好。离时代广场仅三分钟路程,离百老汇剧院区十分钟左右。就在七大道和六大道之间的46街,非常方便。唯一的是东西都很贵,一瓶小可乐需要4美元,麦当劳普通套餐平均一个人大约20美元,饮料不可以refill。停车场每天60美元,离酒店步行八分钟需要过一个路口。但这里每一条横路都是单行线。高峰时开车100米堵车20分钟是常态。纽约中央公园的秋色非常美。
房间还可以,淋浴水有点小,密封窗子不能开,入住期间电梯出现了故障,没有提供饮用水,没有冰箱,不提供微波炉。
这个酒店位置超好,在时代广场旁边,对面百老汇,曼哈顿非常中心的位置。房间略小,不过还比较舒适,比较推荐。
酒店地理位置绝佳,就在时代广场附近,步行30秒就能到。不过,得做好心理准备,因为施工噪音和喧哗声会持续到早上。下午4点才能入住,我觉得太晚了,而且房间里居然有大苍蝇,卫生状况实在令人失望。到处都是垃圾和灰尘。
非常喜欢在派拉蒙酒店的住宿。酒店距离时代广场只有几步之遥,但依然很安静。房间虽小但干净舒适。整体氛围很有纽约特色——现代感中带着复古的魅力。员工很乐于助人,入住手续办理得很顺利。如果你想身处一切的中心,这里是完美的选择!

在预订时,并没有明确披露任何额外费用。直到我临行前——在查看预订信息时——才注意到酒店收取了一些意想不到的费用。我立即联系了携程(Trip.com),希望能得到解释,但很遗憾,您的团队无法说明为什么这些费用在预订时没有透明显示。我只被告知这些费用在预订过程中已经显示。
很遗憾,我当时没有截屏预订页面来证明这一点。考虑到临近出行日期,而且不想在短时间内寻找其他酒店,我别无选择,只能接受预订并承担这些额外的、我未曾预算的费用。

前台服务很棒!我们预订的三人双人间因为系统错误无法入住,酒店给我们换成了两间房,一间特大床房和一间大床房。房间打扫得很干净。地理位置也很好!就是电梯坏了,我们等了30多分钟,因为只有两部电梯能用。行李寄存不是免费的。退房后我们寄存行李需要付费,退房顾客每件行李3美元,入住顾客每件行李2美元。
房间非常糟糕,很老很小,比照片上看的小的多。当我们发现床单上有血渍和毛的时候,去一楼前台要求换床单或者换房,前台态度很差,说晚上没有服务人员,那我们要求换房,前台给了一个跟我们一模一样的房间,就一层楼上下的区别,房间甚至更脏。然后我们继续找前台,换了一个人之后,前台的另一个小哥给我们换了一个好一点的房间,至少有打扫过的痕迹。除了地理位置好,客房环境真的糟透了,千万别被大堂的环境给骗了
第一次来纽约。也许这里都这样吧。房间里没有水,没有烧水壶。也没有牙刷和牙膏。空调扇叶上都是灰尘。
