We have stayed in more than 80 hotels in the US and Canada. This is the only hotel which required each adult to show ID. It is the only hotel which required our license plate number, not just the make and model of the vehicle. This is the only hotel which required you to eat the breakfast in the kitchen area. You could not bring it back to the room. We will never stay here again.

Staff was professional at check-in however when I got to my room there was a powerful stench of urine as soon as the door opened. The smell was not in the bathroom area but in the room itself even after housekeeping sprayed air freshener. So sleeping there was very unpleasant and I was not going to lose my money because I couldn’t get a refund

THEY WOULD NOT LET US STAY THERE. THEY NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY THEY COLLECTED FROM US AND WE WON'T EVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND YOUR PROPERTY.TALK TO THE MAN THAT WAS ON DUTY THAT NIGHT. IWOLD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK.

couldnt sleep well with the train noise and traffic.. turned on the heater and got my eyes watering an nose running

Warning before you stay: it is in an extremely noisy location. The air force base has jets fly right overhead and there is a train track that runs alongside the hotel that lays on the horn all night. If you can’t stand noise, don’t stay here. It’s actually the worst hotel I’ve been to as far as noise goes.
Otherwise, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the bathrooms looked like they had been remodeled maybe a few years ago. I probably won’t stay here again because of the noise and also it just wasn’t in the best part of town.
