Slightly older hotel. Worn and Dirty hallway carpets and elevators.. Lobby & Dining area clean and updated. Beds, Furniture and decor nice. Entry to rooms, newer vinyl. Carpet very clean but older. Same with bathtub. Bathroom sink and counters updated

The room was clean and in good condition. The whole hotel just seemed old and in need of a remodel. The carpets were worn out. The doors entering from outside all had the surety lock bypassed. Anyone could come in even if they weren't a guest.

The staff was laid back and not eager to help. Not friendly at all. Not at desk and no where to be found at first and then checking out they put us off until they visited then not to friendly when i asked abou a receipt.

The room had holes in the wall and broken shelves. The air conditioner was very loud and connected via a large extension cord. The bathroom had a loose faucet. The breakfast area had an odd smell. The TV had audio issues.
Having said that, the beds were good and the breakfast had variety that was decent.

I don’t understand the good reviews to be honest. The carpet in the hallways weren’t vacuumed for ages. The room smelled like a moldy place. Our toilette was clogged which we had to unclog to even use it, TV remote batteries were empty and when I asked the young girls at the reception that night they told me they ran out of batteries and I should complain in the morning. When I told the lady in the morning she didn’t respond or apologized or gave us a discount. We paid over $180 for a run down place in a ghost town where you can’t do much other than drinking and filling up your tank. Breakfast was surprisingly good though. That’s why I give 2 stars but for the quality the price is a rip off and it needs better cleaning protocols.

We stay here every time we come through for racing for 3 reasons. Big parking lots, the softest sheets, and the night staff is the best! We just stayed Saturday October 11th and the two women working were no less than amazing. They make checking into a large amount of rooms a breeze and they are the funniest. I always walk away in a better mood because of them.
The rest of the hotel is in need of an update but those 3 things make it worth the stay.
