Staff was nice. Bathroom had a large area that was damaged on the ceiling that is an eye sore. Beds were not comfortable, the room was clean but not enough bath towels for 3 people.

We couldn’t get the tv remote to work and the employee at the desk was not very helpful in solving our problem. Her answer was “ I can put you in another room” We were already unpacked. Not very helpful. We just wanted to relax and watch tv after driving 12 hrs….not 😢

Really dirty carpets, inadequate towel supply and the drinking cups were not wrapped in plastic, not sure they were sanitary. Too expensive for the quality

Lady at the front desk has a huge problem with her manager, and she made sure everyone in the lobby knew it. Really unprofessional.

Room 107. Mini freezer had a half empty coke bottle. Room must not be cleaned and checked. Bad rude front desk personn Angie. TV did not work. It was remote control that isn't programmed. Took it to Angie and asked for a replacement. Answer was no. No apology whatsoever. After 5 minutes of conversion, i asked for a manager. Manager won't be available until tomorrow was the answer
I asked to write down the names for this front desk person and the manager. Again no was the answer. She can put me into a different room. I asked if i can try the remote control from the new room she can offer. Again No. I gave up. Poor employee education. Ice maker does not work but no out of order sign. I found a cigarette butt from the dryer. Toilet seat is almost broken. I looked for a desk top to report all this unpleasant things. Monior was there but nothing else. Another surprise. Comfort inn or Choice hotels or this hotel i am in now should have some rules and standard. I hope what i experienced is not comfort inn is operated on. I insit someone responsible should look into the management and employees in this hotel. I expect to hear a sincere apology.

The room was clean but carpets in the room hallways were stained and dirty. The exterior doors, other than the main entrance, were broken with the handle literally broken off and the door open.

Great front desk manager. She was all alone and handling many things on her own. She was very nice and professional. She was also very kind to my disabled son which was wonderful. Thank you!

这家汽车旅馆有很多优点。床很舒服,房间很宽敞,沙漠景色很美,还有电梯。早餐也很美味,有很多不错的选择,餐桌也很多。
