Very nice hotel. My only complaint is having to pay for parking. This isn’t Europe or downtown New York. It’s Loveland and there is a large parking lot. Feels like a money grab.

I did not get maid service. I am done with the the COVID excuse for not servicing rooms at hotels. I pay good $ for my stay, it should come with good service
