As far at the hot tub you must read the webiste as it states on all websies for the las tfive years no hot tub and our sauna works as you just have to know how to use it and for the fridge they all work in the rooms as once again you must turn it on for it to work for you. Room clean. Nice employees. Just did not make my bed or clean my room on 2nd day and refrigerator didn’t work but I didn’t tell them until I left.

The rooms are only made up on the third day of stay and full service only completed then as it states on the folio when you signed it at check in time. The fridge was a newer one and we have no control over the noise it makes. We will check it out and follow up on that. Toilet had no water to it so wouldn’t flush. Window was broken & wouldn’t close so cold air came in entire time. Sink plug wouldn’t open so if you ran water it just filled the sink. Told front desk & he just wrote down issues & said thanks for staying with us.

Great omelette chef. Clean rooms. Trash & towels daily but no bedmaking occurred in a 4 night stay.
Had an odd occurrence after being there for 2 nights. Key stopped working. Went to desk and was told I was in wrong room. 2 clerks were not all that helpful. Keys rekeyed. I was told by female clerk I was to check out that morning. SHE WAS THE CLERK THAT CHECKED ME IN MONDAY NIGHT. I had a written keysleeve that showed room and dates staying. They both acted like the room mixup was my doing. Kinda pissed me off.
I will give them another try for another business trip. I plan on staying in town for 8 nights month. We will see if they want my business. TBD

地理位置优越,环境非常干净。隔壁就是一家 Cracker Barrel 餐厅。员工友好热情,乐于助人。
之前在洛杉矶住过一次。非常不错,这次是第二次选择这个酒店。以后会一直选择这个品牌。非常棒。
办理入住的工作人员态度很差。甚至都没告诉我们住哪个房间。房间很干净,但床特别不舒服。我们的预订出了点小问题,前台工作人员态度非常差。她没有试图帮忙,反而直接说这是我们自己的问题。以后不会再住了。
