We enjoyed out stay. Check in and out was easy. The room was comfortable and we slept well. Our favorite thing however was the breakfast area and the breakfast. I appreciated that the breakfast area was fully staffed and didn’t need to be a self-serve allowing it to be cleaner and less gems passed, with Steve being in the open kitchen area serving up what we asked for. It was amazing that Steve was also making fresh omelets for guest too. Wow!

Clean, comfortable and a good nights sleep - what more do you need? And made to order omelettes by a guy named Steve. Excellent omelette breakfast with cappuccino. friendly front desk personnel last night and this morning- highly recommend!!!

This hotel really knows what makes a hotel stay easy and a wonderful experience. We love the cleanliness of the rooms, the lobby and the wonderful staff. We look forward to breakfast each day which is an omlette made by a chef and usually hashbrowns and bacon or sausage. Everything is fresh, clean and the best we've ever experienced at any hotel. I love that they decorate the lobby just like a home living room and greet us like family as we come and go. This is our favorite Best Western Plus!

A first-rate hotel. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is seldom that you get eggs to order in a complimentary breakfast but we did. It was delicious.

I found this hotel location to be a very save place for your car and not to worry about it so you can have a relaxing stay . The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked that they had really cook on staff that made your omelette to what you wanted in it . Great location for other local restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for your next visit in the future.

Very clean quiet room with friendly and helpful staff. Checked in about an hour early was no problem. Excellent breakfast, the best by far. Custom made omelet, or any style eggs you'd like with hash browns and bacon.

I was totally satisfied with every aspect of my visit. Comfortable and spacious breakfast room. The custom-made omelets prepared every morning at breakfast were absolutely delicious. Convenient location near the freeway, yet far enough so there was no sound from it. Close to restaurants. Large well-lit parking lot. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Comfortable bed.

Whoever owns the probably doesn't seem to want to spend money on caring for it. The hot tub doesn't work and hasn't for 4 years cuz they don't want to spend the money to fix it it's too much. The front office staff is not trained on how things work, at least at check-in. Couldn't tell us why the remote had Netflix and we couldn't get it like we could at the Best Western in Colorado springs. The pool was flaking apart. The room smelled really really strong of mold. And my son and I that have allergies and asthma work congested, while there because of it. And the purpose in cleaning up after breakfast was very onery. After staying at the one in Colorado springs which spoiled us this was much different experience. And it was like going back in a time machine with the scrolling movie choices and dated. But it wasn't like going in a hot tub time machine because they didn't have one! Hahaha.

If you had read our webiste prior to checking in you would have seen that we no longer have a hot tub and will not be having one and it not due to the owner not wanting to spend money it due too many rules and regulations by the State Health Department regulations and monitoring of the hot tub as well. Read the website as it has stated this in the last five years. Our breakfast has posted the hours of operation and that must be read too. If you read several of our reviews are very nice and over whelming great reviews not like these negative review which is all from not reading. Our rooms do not smell like mold as our rooms are throughly cleaned and inspected daily. We thankyou for staying with and we hope to see you in all our other Best Westerns and we hope you have safe journeys on your destination. As far as our televisions we in the process of setting them up for Netflicks and You Tube you came during the process part of it that has not yet been set up yet. Which we are truly sorry.
