This was a short overnight stay for us. But all went well. Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, breakfast. Reasonable price.

Toilet was hard to flush, original key didn’t work, bed wasn’t very comfortable. Shower head is outdated making the water pressure too high. Very basic and small breakfast. Probably wouldn’t stay again, super 8 was better

Not up to standard
The room was not up to standards. There was BMI left in the toilet. That means there was someone that had taken a poo in the toilet and it was left in there. There were spiders multiple times crawling in the bed and on you when you’re sleeping. The picture below is the spider smashed on the sheets of the bed, causing blood stain.

The room was not vacuumed, had sparkles all over. Fire sensor hanging from ceiling, Coffee or something splashed behind the front door. Security lock damaged, long hairs in bathroom, and on bed. Bed sheet had some stains. White overlay on bed had foot print marks right below the fire alarm sensor. Looks as if someone just painted the ceiling. Not very clean at all. the breakfast was small tiny bagels, and cereal.. Not very impressed.

They accommodated our request for a downstairs room, since my wife has trouble with stairs and they have no elevator.

Housekeeping doesn't seem to care
Front desk staff was professional, helpful, friendly. The room had the previous guest's socks on the floor at side of the bed, the bed was made bit the pillows were in a pile looking unmade, there was a used towel on the floor of the bathroom crumpled up, the rim of the toilet was dirty but the seat itself was clean, there was trash in both of the restroom trash cans, and used coffee supplies still on the countertop. I was too tired and stressed out to go back to the front desk to complain and just slept in my clothes and didn't take a shower because I just needed a place to sleep. The room looked clean from the doorway, until you got to the bathroom area and checked the side of the bed.

This business used to be a Best Western, and there are still items in the rooms that say Best Western, but it appears to have somehow lost that franchise tag. Very pleasant customer service and they allowed us to check in early. The room was clean but had a strong musty smell. Pool was not heated at all and breakfast was coffee, orange juice, boxed cereals, microwaveable sandwiches, and bagels.
