My stay at the Loews Hotel Atlanta was phenomenal! The staff caters to your needs and the renovations to the lobby and bar area are sublime. When coming to Atlanta there is no other place to meet your lodging needs.

The hotel bar staff was exceptional! The room was nice but some fixtures need replacing. The light fixtures in the bathroom were rusting, and the shower handle falls off but was still usable. I reported it to the front desk staff.

我之前住过其他洛伊斯酒店，体验非常奢华，所以很期待这次入住。我和家人只住了两晚。结果到了之后发现酒店正在装修，大堂不对外开放，咖啡厅和餐厅的入口也不太清晰。更糟糕的是，我住在18楼，走廊里弥漫着一股刺鼻的尿骚味，让人非常不舒服。最后一晚，我还亲眼目睹了一位客人和代客泊车员发生肢体冲突。我对这次入住体验非常失望，感觉还不如住汽车旅馆。这根本不是什么奢华体验。强烈不推荐！
