Had we been made aware of these needs in advance, we would have done our best to honor them, subject to availability.Regarding your misplaced keys, our front desk team did try to assist when you came to inquire if you had left them at the desk. I was at the front desk when you asked if they were here and I absolutely did not tell you that you "should find them." You voluntarily said that you probably left then in your car and walked out to check. When we followed up shortly after, you mentioned you had found them. As for the Wi-Fi, we understand how important connectivity is—especially when traveling for business—and we're sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We do have 24/7 Wi-Fi support and I'm sure if you were not able to connect, we would have directed you to our internet support team. Finally, we did not have a Best Western Rewards number attached to your booking. Member benefits, such as the welcome bag, are only provided when a valid membership is linked to the reservation.We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and our service. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide the experience you expected and deserve.

The room keys can be quite sensitive and demagnetize easily when placed near electronic devices. We recommend using the provided sleeves to help with this issue. 我预订了带按摩浴缸的楼下房间,却没能入住。我是残疾人,而且房间没有电梯,我不得不拖着四个行李箱爬楼梯。我进去问前台有没有电梯或者其他更方便的交通方式,他们说没有。我告诉他们我把钥匙放错了地方,他们告诉我自己去找。那天晚上晚些时候我打电话告诉他Wi-Fi坏了,他们说除了我的房间,其他地方都能用。那是我经历过的最难熬的一个晚上,噪音很大,而且没有Wi-Fi,我根本没法处理那天晚上要处理的任何工作。我到的时候,他们没有给我行李,而我是Best Western的会员。我差点半夜就因为太不舒服而离开。
