Absolutely terrible stay
Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly woman who helped us tremendously, but the room itself was more than disappointing. The shower had not been cleaned well as it had 5 hairs on the walls from a previous guest and the tub drain didn’t work, so I was unable to take a bath. The mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows had no stuffing in them whatsoever. Both of us had to take cold showers in the morning. After I took my shower and walked around the room a few times, I went back into the bathroom to sit down and shave my legs in the tub. Black water ran off of my feet which tells me that the carpet was absolutely filthy. We will not be staying there again

The floors where very very dirty! but other than that, it was really nice, and the staff was very polite! Will stay there again.

Pros- clean room, good bed, value.
Cons- located on the backside of an old shopping center.
We were treated rudely by the attendants at the breakfast.
Traveling with children so the pool feature was key to my decision to book here. Pool was fine but we had to ask for it to be in locked (an hour and a half past POSTED open time)
Housekeeper came in on us at 8:15 on Saturday (we checked in Friday night for a 2 night stay)
No knock, just opened the door.
Sunday she knocked on the door at 8:20- check out is at 11:00.
She left her cart blocking our door so when we did leave having to maneuver our luggage and kids around it.
Front desk attendants are rude and unfriendly.

My overnight stay was great! Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and temperature in gym was cool!

We always have a great stay!!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean. The pool is an extra added bonus.

The elderly lady on staff this particular day was very rude not helpful at all.
