The woman at the desk was beyond awesome! She was friendly and very helpful. We had problems(probably us) with our tv, she and housekeeping figured it out and we all had a good laugh working on it. Room was clean and comfortable. Havent had breakfast yet to comment on.

The room was clean although it did have a musty smell that was fixed with a two dollar air freshener from the Publix next door. I'm not sure if it's the dark carpet or the lighting but that was the darkest room I've ever stayed in which wasn't terrible since we got in late and were only there to sleep. The bathroom has a light equivalent to a nightlight.The breakfast area is rather small and only had the basics waffle maker, bagels, yogurt and one coffee machine that was broken. Overall it's a nice property with friendly staff that was booked at a decent price so I was satisfied with the stay.

This hotel is not located anywhere near Dothan and should not be listed in the Dothan and vicinity searches on *******. We had a lovely experience at the best Western plus in Tallahassee and we’re looking forward to a similar experience. Instead, we found a grimy room that looked like it was decorated in the 1970s with awful carpeting and a weird smell. Fortunately, we got there late and we’re only staying one night. The girl who checked us in was delightful. The stuff in the morning were surly and didn’t even respond to good mornings. ******* should reevaluate their ratings on this location.

The over all stay was great and the staff was super nice , the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom door didn’t lock. It was quiet and everything was so close
