I had our PMT come out today to inspect the guestroom you had stayed in overnight; however they did not find any trace of bed bugs. I also checked with front desk staff and there was no problem reported from your room during the night. Rest assured we definitely would have moved you to another room to cure your concerns. We are a green hotel and therefore our breakfast items are in bulk to eliminate waste. The milk pitchers are closed with a lid to prevent contamination. I hope you take my sincere apologies and stay with us in the future.

Old just need to be remodeled the people was friendly, but it just seemed outdated and old for all the money I paid. The bed was kinda hard.
Very friendly and efficient check-in at front desk. Room was very clean. Some things were a bit dated. Comfortable bed, overall a very good stay.
