We had a lovely stay, our family room was a little less fancy than the rwat of the hotel but thats fine, the food was lovely and so were the staff.
The pool was nice, the area needs a little bit of a refresh and the spa was out of order but overall we had a loveky stay and will be back.

What a great place! Clean comfortable & friendly
Really enjoyed our overnight at Parkmore. Highly recommend staying here.
Everything ready at checkin staff were friendly and helpful.
Great amenities including pool wet and dry sauna jacuzzi.
Showers and toilets nice and clean with soap provided.
Really enjoyable stay.

We had a family room and checked in late. Girl at reception friendly and the cleaners were lovely. As was the man at the pool check in. Breakfast was tasty but breakfast service wasn't at all good. The room was noisy and the curtains barely kept out the light. We normally stay at the redworthhall watch is very comfortable for similar money I'm afraid

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Room was very dated and very dusty/dirty in places/bathroom dated. There was also a little bit of a smell in the room. Given this, dont think it was worth the money paid.

Just a lack of attention to detail. The kettle cable could not reach the desk, shower head was wobbly and did not work well and so many more problems.

Perfect hotel for a night stay before flight. The mattress was sagging a bit and toilet was clogged. The spa area was very nice and staff and food was delicious. Would stay again.

Poor service at all levels. Restricted menu and mediocre food. Room periodicall smelt of cigarette smoke, either drifting in from the window which didn't close or through the ventilation duct. Dismal.

We stay here only because it is the closest hotel to family. The hotel is OK but a bit run down. We had the same room this visit as our last and the carpet was new but the bathroom fittings were as worn as before. I can't recommend the Parkmore and if I had another viable option, I'd take it.

I’m commented to the receptionist on check out and she just replied “oh “.
