We got 3 rooms for our family. The toilets in two of them weren’t functioning and it took hours to even get a plunger. The restaurant had no heat, on a very cold morning. Our king sized bed was horrible and very broken down.
The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating when there was some confusion on check-in, and we were able to check into one room early, which was a lifesaver!

Very friendly staff but the rooms were really worn down. Lots of mold in the bathroom, very old lumpy mattress, and peeling paint. I wish I’d brought flip flops to wear in the room on the ancient carpeting.

Room was spotless. Staff was very courteous. Loved everything about the room. The walls were really sound proof and parking was great! I plan to stay again.

I loved the variety of the buffet. Didn't get a chance to soak in the tub but would have liked it a wee bit warmer. Loved Lana and Mary. The entie staff was phenomenal. Very pleasant and kind. Will stay with again soon. Will tell all my friends and constituents. Thanx.

At first when I entered, I thought the hotel was old and it is however, the beds for stellar cleanness is amazing aesthetics are charming, and the food for breakfast was stellar
房间宽敞，洗手台在浴室外，使用起来很方便。但浴室很小，淋浴水压也太弱了。楼上住客走路的噪音很大，这也是个缺点。
一楼客房直接通往的后院和泳池设施很不错，附近的餐厅也很多，值得推荐。
住过的Best系列中最差的一个，实际上就跟汽车旅店Motel6一样的结构，2层楼1个L布局，车停自己房门前。最大的问题就是房间有异味，卫生间下水道臭味弥漫，自己找东西堵口想解决问题也没有解决。入住时间已晚，也没精力跟酒店交涉。凑合一晚得了。最好笑第二天早餐，在美国没有见过这么抠的酒店早餐，酸奶，奶，蛋糕都没有，热的煎蛋炸土豆和难吃的煎肠居然需要去要，有人给盛给你，限量。问题是这个酒店价格不便宜呀比旧金山市区希尔顿，威斯丁也差不多。本来看地图这个酒店旁边有个**舅超市，准备在超市购物，谁知道这个超市关了。自己在国外住过最恶心的酒店了。另外，酒店入住时还划走一刀，后面看看还不还。
泳池很漂亮。欢迎热情。位置很好。
