Room nice and spacious with comfy seating and table. Good size bathroom. Decor plainbut ok. Staff all helpful.
Used pool, jacuzzi and steam room several times. No staff about but ok.
Breakfast better than average for a buffet. Pastries not good, otherwise fine.

Warm welcome and bar staff were friendly.
Ideal spot for a work trip and use of the pool/sauna was ideal.
Breakfast was ok but not exactly flash. The ‘continental breakfast’ was pretty lacking but enjoyed the cooked options

It looked more like a hospital entrance room’s not totally clean hotel overall could do with a major overhaul it’s in lovely area could have been so much better it’s a shame but we won’t be staying there again

Lovely setting and views from the hotel public areas and our room. Quiet and peaceful. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room spacious , clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self serve offering a good choice of hot & continental. Swimming pool was closed whilst we were there unfortunately but hot tub jacuzzi and sauna were open and available along with other Spa facilities. Would definitely stay again.

All of the staff from the reception team to the breakfast team bar team and room cleaning team were so friendly and helpful.
The room was spotless and quiet with plenty of tea/coffee/milk/ biscuits for our 1 night stay.
We really enjoyed having use of the pool/steam room/sauna and jacuzzi. Especially adults gaving use of it for an hour before children were allowed in. Definitely would stay there again.

Comfortable stay
We had a lovely relaxing stay and had plenty of time to enjoy the nice pool.
The bed was large and very comfortable so slept well. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as it wasn’t overly tempting for a vegetarian.
Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

走进酒店大门，沿着高尔夫球场漫步，定会让您拥有一段愉快的住宿体验。然而，这家酒店已经破败不堪。酒店入口老旧，大堂几乎荡然无存。不过，工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。酒店的大部分区域都破旧不堪，油腻腻的。地毯破旧不堪，散发着霉味。房间布置实用。浴室是新装修的，干净整洁。遗憾的是，房间的其余部分并非如此。大部分区域都破旧不堪，油腻腻的。破旧的地毯散发着霉味。床（不是床上用品）很旧，完全磨损了。水壶很脏，上面布满了水垢。镜框松了，房间里的画也脏兮兮的，皱巴巴的。家具似乎已经过时了。
体育酒吧关门了。同样，所有电梯都停运了。台球桌在走廊里，因此无法使用。走廊的天花板破损，裸露在外，电缆都挂了出来。各个网站上的照片都展现了近乎奢华的住宿体验，但遗憾的是，这并不准确。有些照片来自不同的Best Western！例如，酒店的正门看起来和Trivago上的照片完全不一样。我们不知道水疗中心的照片是否准确。我们没有去水疗中心。
