Left after they switched us rooms due to the first one having sticky stuff on the floor and the second one having big dead bugs in it. Went to hilton garden and was SO much better

Hotel room wasn’t cleaned for the entirety of our stay. Housekeeping was told and it still wasn’t done. Management did nothing to make it right but offer “points”. Never stayed at a hotel that didn’t clean the rooms or denied it when asked.

非常不满意的体验
我们到达时,地板显然没有吸尘,因为地上到处都是垃圾。然后我们去收拾行李,发现衣服还留在衣柜里。而且,垃圾袋一个也没放进垃圾桶。第二天我们索要垃圾袋和毛巾,却被告知不能提供垃圾袋,如果想扔垃圾,就得自己扔到垃圾箱。床铺凹凸不平,非常不舒服。有些员工很友善,但也有一些人明显很不情愿待在那里。我还会再住吗?绝对不会。
房间很干净,但是电视是三星Plus的,看不了任何体育直播频道或普通有线电视频道。
早餐跟同级别其他酒店相比很差,而且不包含在房费里。
除此之外,其他方面都还不错。
除了其中一条毛巾上有头发之外,其他地方都很干净。我最喜欢员工阿尔瓦雷塔,她耐心解答了我所有的问题。
