hotel staff at front desk was great. I was able to check in 2 hours early after long trip. Very clean room and quiet. Great breakfast choices .

Both beds were very broken in. Floors were sticky. Wanted to charge us more for the room. Needed shower chair gave us one and it wouldn't even fit in the tub. So unable to bathe.

The staff was nice! I didn’t have to pay a deposit! No booking issues. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good! They have a cool pancake making machine

Rooms needed a refresh, banged up hallways elevator and bathrooms, not bad but expected better from Best Western Plus

We stayed 3 nights in mid October and I chose this hotel because it was near the Apache Pier where we were fishing. Hotel was nice and clean. The only thing I don't care for are the laminate wood floors in the bedrooms. I like carpeted floors but that's my preference. Not sure if all rooms are like that but our 2 rooms did not have carpet. Hotel was pretty packed the days we were there and the breakfast area is on the smaller side. I wasn't really able to eat downstairs around 8am so I had to take it back to my room. But the breakfast items were good and varied by day. The hotel doesnt have vending on the floors, there is a mini market in the lobby. Not a ton of choices so you may want to bring snacks and drinks with you. Beds were pretty comfy and the staff was nice. It was quiet the days we were there since it was off season but the hotel is next to a family amusement park so I'm not sure how noisy it gets in the summer. All in all our stay was good.

Buffet style breakfast. Food was hot, amenities well available. For a small hotel the breakfast was great. Variety of choices. My only complaint was the flow of the water in the shower was very low. Other than that I enjoyed my stay which was a getaway after funeralizing my brother. Just wanted to have some “me time.”Next door was Captain Benjamin’s, King Crab and others within a 6-7 mile radius. Close to Mall, Walmart. Broadway at the Beach. Great location and priced well.

我们的房间显然用过且没有打扫。浴室里放着用过的毛巾，床很脏，垃圾桶也是满的。当我们要求换房时，他们说客满了。后来又说还是有空房的，我们去了那个房间，要知道当时是凌晨两点，结果房间里竟然有人睡着！最后他们又给了我们一间房，这间房基本没什么问题。
工作人员非常周到、有礼貌，而且很棒！早餐美味可口，热腾腾的也很新鲜。
入住体验很棒！我们很喜欢早餐的选择，特别是自动煎饼机。
