My towels were not refreshed and my room was not cleaned once for my entire stay and i told the staff member several times to clean and refresh my towels.

Okay stay
The stay was ok except for the front desk assigning my room to another guest and they just walked in since their key worked.
Also had a visit from the front desk when I was in the shower and because I couldn’t answer the door they proceeded to swipe their key and try and enter my room. Thankfully I had the deadbolt on.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for 25 minutes. i evacuated the room, for the manager to say it happens frequently. wish i had known, i would have stayed somewhere else. would not recommend to anyone who wants a full night sleep.

The room is clean and the cooling unit is working fine. It was a short stay but it was nice and quiet night. Slept good because the bed is comfortable. The only thing i noticed is that the television uses 2 remote controls and thats about it.

Best Western in Glen Allen is a great lodging option. It's quick and easy to get back to 95. Beds and pillows are pretty comfy. Bathroom is nice and clean.
