I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room! I smelled fresh fragrance of a hint of bleach and shiny tiles on the floor indicating a clean floor. The air conditioning was very good. My room had 4 pillows on each bed which I use to prop my head for relaxation & a little TV watching. The room was especially safe for my handicapped husband as I had requested. The towels were adequately stocked for our 3day & 2 night stay. We love the fact of having a restaurant at the motel for easy meals. Breakfast in the morning & Great Coffee keeps us coming back. We will always stay here when we take time to visit family. Familiar faces at the Crossroads in Fort Dodge make this a special place to stay. Thank you for a clean room & stocked supplies in the room.

Good stay, no complaints. I think the building could use some curb appeal. A hot tub would be nice. Pool was nice, just shallow. Great for kids I’d say. Room was nice, good value I’d say.

Mold on bathroom door, additional safety lock was broke, we reserved 2 months in advanced for 2 cabins. Got there, none available so got 2 regular rooms and still charged for same price as cabin suites!

I reserved a cabin through *******. This is the second time I have visited the property and was told the roof had caved in on some of the cabins and it was under construction. When I arrived, the cabins were not under construction. But, construction workers were staying there. I felt lied to. We won't go back.

Happy to have stayed
we are doing a cross country trip, Crossroads has. been one of the best stops. Only one problem was the ice machine was out of order the morning we left. Oh well no big deal.

This motel is convenient to the location of my family & easy access to the room & entrance
Parking is very important as my husband is physically challenged. I parked right by the entrance & it sure helped me transport my husband very quickly
