Nice staff but the room was poorly maintained and smelled like exhaust fumes. No much in the way of breakfast . Signs said they were out of several things.

Great stay
Room clean, breakfast was great, and staff was nice. 1st room checked in was missing fridge so got moved to a different room. Would stay at hotel again.

The room was clean and orderly. Parking was ample and not a problem. The free breakfast was more than acceptable. The only consideration that I had a problem with was the security doors. Of the two exterior doors equipped with security locks, the door to the parking lot would not open with my room key and the door that faces the main street would not lock. I mentioned this problem when I first checked in and again when I left in the morning. I doubt that the situation was ever corrected. With the exception of that item, my stay at the Best Western in Chillicothe, OH was very pleasant and I would not hesitate to stay with Best Western again.

Clean room. Replaced my towels during my stay. The breakfast was okay. Not the best breakfast Ive had but okay for a quick bite. Coffee was fresh.

Musty, moldy smell...hard to breath. Manager threatened to cancel reservation because I said smelled...was very rude. Bad area too!!
Cost less, but you get what you pay for.....not going back!!
