I had to ask for a different non smoking room due to the original room smelling like smoke as soon as I opened the door.

Great staff and breakfast, but should be cheaper
Front staff was great. Breakfast was good with hot options. This is a weird area with prices high for motels though. Room was clean but TV had dead line in the screen, and the fridge wouldn't close all the way and was frosted inside. There was persistent dripped noise we couldn't find too. For anywhere else this would be a much cheaper stay but was fine for an overnight after a late night airport arrival.

Decent property for its age, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Staff also confronted people smoking ********* in the common areas and ask them to stop as it was entering all of the rooms. Overall a decent stay. Comfortable bed.

They took care of issues quickly. The breakfasts were good. Lots of choices.
The properties surrounding this Best Western are run down but it's not Best Western's fault.

服务很棒，早餐也很好吃。如果再来诺福克，我还会选择入住这里。
这是一家路边酒店，房间很大，设施也没什么问题。
员工非常友好。
早餐没有蔬菜有点可惜，不过也算基本够用了。
我会再次入住这家酒店，但是周边地区的安全有点令人担忧。我去附近的7-Eleven便利店时被其他客人骚扰，所以最好不要经常外出。
这家酒店太脏了，我们入住四天，房间竟然有三天都没打扫！我每天晚上都跟前台说房间没打扫，而且我们马上就要退房了，结果前台说经理说要付双倍房费！经理从来没给我回电话，前台说我也没办法拿到上级经理的电话号码！

太棒了！房间/浴室非常干净，电视服务很棒，员工非常友好且信息丰富，去餐厅很方便，床和枕头很舒服，房间也很大。只是没有电梯，晚上客人会很吵。
