As I was packing to leave, in the rain, an employee named CHAD offered, and helped me load heavy suitcases into my car. Very gracious and most appreciated!
For the second time in my visits to this location, parking was a real issue! Had I not had a handicap permit, I would have had to walk more than a block in the pouring rain. As it was, the one handicap slot available was half the buildings distance away from my room.
Paying hotel guests should be given priority over party goers for parking.
Noisy in hallways until late at night.

Everyone at the property has been very pleasant and the rooms are comfy clean , restaurant was a major plus and the kids loved the pool.. Breakfast was amazing,lots to choose from....

It was not a good experience. I suggest not booking through ******* for a room at the Best western. They gave us the worst room, bed was awful. I have stayed at the best western many times with excellent reviews. This time was the worst experience I have had. For a 9.4 rating the apple tree at 7.2 would have been better!

We had a pleasant stay. Quiet despite being full. Free Breakfast was exceptional. Ample parking. Pet friendly. Safe area.
I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great resort style hotel with Disney level service. Staff in reception, breakfast room, Bar and pool area were all superb. Place is spotless. Good selection at breakfast with plenty staff to help anyone who needed it. Pool area has lovely outside patio that can be easily accessed from indoor pool. Live country music on a Fri night was a great surprise. Large, spacious room.

The walk to our room was long butt it was worth it our room was great and dinner was very good1
