The room was in excellent shape when we arrived. The desk clerk was very courteous and welcoming. It was just a one night stay but very comfortble. A+ grade.

It is a bad idea to have motion activated lights in the entryway. We woke each other up several times over night. A bathroom nightlight of some sort , however, is very much appreciated.

The phrase, putting lip stick on a pig comes to mind. The room, on the surface, looked nice but once you start looking around, there were stains on the lamp shades, Bible, and elsewhere around the room. The walls are paper thin. There was a large group of unsupervised football players yelling, slamming doors, and knocking on our door over and over through the night. In talking with the staff, they were not very accommodating. There are VERY ACTIVE train tracks you can hear throughout the night. Our entire family did not get a good nights sleep, to say the least. We requested a different room, were told none were available. Will never be staying at a Best Western ever again.

Our room was clean and spacious! Loved the lake view! Liked the lotion and shampoo! Breakfast was average...wish they'd serve real eggs and make hot oatmeal in the pot. Enjoyed the yogurt machine! Muffins were artificial tasting. Coffee was great!

Though the buildings decor may be a little dated it was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at all appliances were in the room and working normally they say refrigerator in room and don't have 1 but indian oak delivered on theirs!! Close to the interstate and places to shop also 2 minutes from downtown area amazing.
