Location is surrounded by restaurants which was nice. Right off the major Hwy so it wasn’t much a detour. Rooms were in good clean condition no signs of bugs or lazy cleaning service. The only complaint I have is the pull out bed the mattress it wasn’t padded I’ll rate it 3 out of 10 because 1. It’s Better than sleeping on the floor. 2 it’s right by the AC and I’m hot bodied so “W” for me lol. Security of location is great multiple cameras positioned all around the parking lot and building. Breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the waffles and yogurt.

Probably don't recommend
The carpet in the room was very dirty. You could feel that it was grimy. The sofa bed mattress was essentially a sheet over the springs.

Staff at hotel very rude I booked the room for my nephew I called to add his name on the booking the staff was very rude over the phone hung the phone twice on me

The building was very convenient to the interstate for which I traveled.The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great!
I will definitely stay there again.

We had a king suite. The pullout bed had a very thin mattress. Called front desk for sheets and blanket and he had a bit of attitude and asked me to come get it myself. The AC was not keeping up. The ceiling fan did not work. We were so hot. The water was a light brown colour. Pool guy did a good job keeping the pool clean. The lady did a good job with breakfast.

So we had a clogged toilet and I asked for a plunger for the night shift and never got it so I can plunge it out before we checked out the next day and they came back and made the excuse that there was a strong smell of odor coming from our room which I know is a lie and we don't smoke or anything like that so I lost my $150 deposit on top of my key cash that drained whenever the deposit was supposed to come out of the key cash but no it didn't and I'm Highly confused about the whole situation. And I seen it's under New Management so I'm not sure if they're the same people that own Wingate and it's aggravating on how they say that when I know it's not true and they're just upset that we use key cash and not that but they sure did hold my $150 deposit. I will never again stay there and I would like to give my money back so I'm making a dispute about this.

Overpriced, even for a last minute booking. AC was just okay, kind of struggled a bit. Scratchiest sheets ever
