Before booking, make sure you ask if the pool and hot tub are open. Every time we go there they’re closed for maintenance and that’s the main reason we go to that hotel. There is no water pressure in the bathrooms and their air conditioner froze us out at night and wouldn’t work during the day.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice breakfast. However we stayed hoping to use the pool. The pool was being serviced so I had a very disappointed daughter.

Couple of the drawers in the dresser and night stand are just open and won't stay closed. Can't believe the juice machine still isn't fixed after almost 2 months.

Motel stay
It was nice. Staff very friendly. No juice for breakfast for both days. The staff person serving breakfast just shrugged his shoulders and said machine is not working. Their needs to be a backup plan. I'm sure a couple juices could be served in a pitcher!!

The room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful but the pool and hot tub were both down, much of the exercise equipment was also non functional. Even the jui c e machine at breakfast didn't work nor was alternative juice provided. We were charged a modest facility fee at checkout which seemed uncalled for since most of their facilities were down.
